OIL_TalkingPoints.pdf
This is a slick, shall we say "slick water hydraulic fracking", Talking Points for Selling Oil and Gas Lease Rights. Extremely revealing, to say the least. It came from a landowner being pressured to go with fracking in Ohio. The woman found it in on her property. This was copied from a 3-ring binder that was laying on the edge of her driveway. She opened it and found this inside. The landman must have dropped it during one of his visits. It does not have the name of the company (West Bay Explorations) on it.
